Shipping and Return Policy


SHIPPING

We are excited to have the opportunity to bring the beach to you. Your orders are processed and packed from our shop in New Smyrna Beach within 2–4 business days. We currently only offer domestic shipping (U.S.) via USPS and UPS. All shipping costs are based on the weight and destination and will be calculated at check-out. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date or email funkyflamingonsb@gmail.com for further assistance. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 (subtotal) and Funky Flamingo Gift Shop will choose the shipping method.

RETURNS

Funky Flamingo Gift Shop is committed to providing you high-quality coastal products. All product returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must receive prior approval before sending your product back in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges that may occur from a return. You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items.

For non-damaged returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery and customers is responsible for paying shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All non-damaged related returns are for account credit only, a Gift Card will be issued. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
