Shipping and Return Policy


We are excited to have the opportunity to bring the beach to you. Your orders are processed and packed from our shop in New Smyrna Beach within 2–10 business days. We currently only offer domestic shipping (U.S.) via USPS and UPS. All shipping costs are based on the weight and destination and will be calculated at check-out. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date or email for further assistance. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Funky Flamingo Gift Shop is committed to providing you high-quality coastal products. All product returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must receive prior approval before sending your product back in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges that may occur from a return. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items.

For non-damaged returns must be reported within 15 days of delivery and customers is responsible for paying shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All non-damaged related returns are for account credit only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
