Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

We are excited to have the opportunity to bring fabulous gifts to you. Your orders are processed and packed from our shop in New Smyrna Beach within 2–10 business days. We currently only offer domestic shipping (U.S.) via USPS and UPS. All shipping costs are based on the weight and destination and will be calculated at check-out. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date or email funkyflamingonsb@gmail.com for further assistance. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

RETURNS

Funky Flamingo Gifts is committed to providing you the high-quality fabulous gifts. All of our products are produced in our Florida Production Studio.  We are unable to accept returns on orders, unless a product is damaged.   If such is the case, please contact us at funkyflamingonsb@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Any items on Sale are Final and no returns are accepted.
